Hey all,
We need to create a guiding principles document for Mountaineering within the club. The document needs to contain items such as what the role of the activity officer should be, what skills are need to lead a trip, what should the trip description contain etc.. The idea is to end up with a reasonable, non-prescriptive and useful document that beginner and experienced trip leaders alike can follow to ensure that their trips run smoothly and safely (even when something goes wrong).

This session is to come together as a group and brain storm some ideas over some free pizza. I will then summarise those ideas and submit the document to the Exec.
