Kayak surfing is a great way to polish your developing kayaking skills in a white water kayak. The surf environment can be intimidating at first glance. But if you have good basic paddling skills and want to improve your kayak paddling & rolling ability, this trip is for you.

A small surf can challenge your skills in a relatively safe rock free environment - and no struggling to dig yourself out of a hole in a rapid. Many paddlers from beginner to advanced have enjoyed the thrill of kayak surfing with our club. If you are confident to wet exit and drag your kayak back up onto the beach, with a smile - and then paddle out for more action, come along.

You need to be a competent paddler and a good swimmer in the surf. The prevailing surf conditions will guide my selection of participants.
I will provide instruction to paddlers new to surf kayaking.
