We'll spend Saturday teaming up and collecting controls from the previous week's rogaine. This is a great opportunity for people who are unable to attend the actual rogaine to participate in the rogaine! Pretty much, we divvy up an area of the course between ourselves and navigate to the controls (just like in a rogaine) and then take them down and carry them out with us (not like in a rogaine).

We'll head down Friday night and camp at the Tarlo River National Park. We'll spend Saturday collecting the controls before heading back to Canberra Saturday night. The club will partially subsidise each volunteer's dinner at the Paragon on the way back.

I want to use this as an opportunity to teach beginners how to navigate so, ideally, I'll be pairing newbies up with experience navigators. We'll see what kind of interest we get before we set this format in stone.
