The plan is to pack up Sunday morning (leaving at 8:30) and head to Nowra on the way home. We will climb at Thompson's Point (probably Descent Gully Walls - http://www.thecrag.com/climbing/australia/nowra/thompsons-point/area/12015835 or Orca Aea - http://www.thecrag.com/climbing/australia/nowra/thompsons-point/area/12015883) before heading back to Canberra.

You will need (can be hired from gear store):

* Helmet

* Climbing harness

* Climbing shoes

* Belay device and locking carabiner

Shared gear (ropes and draws) will be provided. If I haven't climbed with you before, please let me know what experience you have. Pretrip will be as part of the main TURCS pretrip. Contact me if you have any questions.

Sign up doesn't guarantee a spot - this depends on a number of factors, in particular experienced to beginner ratios.
