To celebrate the end of a successful first day of activities at the BME, we will be having a dessert making competition!

The rules are simple: any ingredient that survives 24hrs without refrigeration is free-game and you will be disqualified if someone gets food poisoning from eating your dessert. So for example, a ready-baked cake (if it survives the sun on saturday) from Woolies will count, meringue you have hand-whipped and baked at the campsite on Saturday will also count. Prizes (tbd) for best dessert! There will be points for creativity.

You do not need to sign up to this trip to participate in the competition, just rock up with your dessert on Saturday night. It would be great if everyone not making dessert could bring something to complement the desserts i.e. alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
