A critical component of the sea kayakers repertoire is the ability to safely and efficiently enter and exit through the surf. It takes experience and perseverance to learn. If you have a roll, you'll use it. If not, you'll swim. A lot. Probably. But don't despair. What doesn't drown you will make you a better sea kayaker. And it shouldn't drown you, as we'll find the smallest surf possible, to begin with, and I'll keep a close eye on proceedings. I want to climb at Tianjara in the afternoon, so we'll wrap up before lunch.
See above. I anticipate in the sea off Currarong but it'll depend on where we end up camping.
