This session will be conducted from the gantry above the old climbing wall and will cover prussicking and abseiling.


Equipment. Please bring:


- Harness


- Helmet


- Figure 8


- ATC (if available)


- 2 lockable carabiners


- 1 clip carabiner


- Prussick cord (medium and large loop)
