Long Gully is a dry canyon in the Bungonia State Conservation Area with 9 abseils ranging from 5m to 55m. We will travel from Canberra to the Stan Jones Track head at Bungonia.  From here we will negotiate the canyon through to the Shoalhaven River, head downstream and exit via the Blue/Trestle track back to the cars.

Participants will need

• Harness


• Belay device


• 3 locking carabiners


• Safety line or, 60cm sling or PAS


• Day pack


• Lunch


• Water

In line with our Covid-safe policy:

• do not attend if you're feeling unwell


• have flu-like symptoms


• have travelled internationally, come from Victoria or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, and/or


• your health is considered high risk
