Join us for a climb at Tianjara! We will be putting up some top ropes and teaching beginner lead climbing on some nice easy routes. Ideally you've lead climbed before or have climbed outdoors, but we are also happy to teach as well.

Pre-trip meeting is at 6 this Thursday, at the gear store.

Required Gear:

- Helmet, harness, shoes (Can be hired on Thursday if needed)

- Water, food, comfortable clothes, sunscreen, head torch

Please detail your level of climbing experience when signing up, and what climbing gear you have (rope/draws etc)

 

 

At 7:30 we'll meet at ANU sport and drive to the crag. Drive is about 1hr 40min. We will park at the falls lookout, then walk into the crag.

Planning on heading to the homogenised area - https://www.thecrag.com/en/climbing/australia/nowra/new-nowra-braidwood-road/area/13247437. It is the second descent gully from the lookout, approx 100m further on from the first one.

We will climb for several hours, before packing up around 3 or 4 and heading home.
