Day trip - Rock Climing at mt coree



MOVED: Looks like Monday is looking to rain out moved trip to Tuesday

Leaving Monday morning around 8am from ANU Sport coming back in afternoon/evening.

If we get organised before I can potentially pick you up from northside

There may be rain Monday morning in that case then plan might be to move the trip to Tuesday.



Note: Gear store may be closed so you may need your own gear

Please bring

• Helment


• Harness


• Shoes


• Chalk


• Water/Food


• Sunscreen


• Sling and own belay device if you can


• Rope/Draws would be appreciated as the gear store may be closed

Please give an indication of experience if you haven't climbed outdoors before I'm not able to take you unless someone more experienced willing to teach is also coming.



I haven't been to this crag before



Currently limited to 2 more people if there aren't any other drivers



We won't have a PLB 

 

Leave the cars at Mt Coree campground carpark and hike up the summit trail to the crag.
