If you’re interested in climbing with ANU Mountaineering Club, this is the perfect chance to give it a try before signing up to become a member! 

Just rock up to the climbing wall at ANU Sport between 4:30 and 7 on Wednesday evening in comfy clothes, and we can sort you out with a harness and climbing shoes (although feel free to bring your own gear as well.) Climbing wall officers Katie, Massie, Peter, and Tom will be there ready to give you a belay. No climbing experience necessary! 

Usually, you can’t climb at the wall unless you’re a member, have paid the climbing wall fee, and have passed a belay course, so this is a great opportunity to check out the wall before doing so. Please note: this event is for non-members to try climbing only - you won’t be able to belay other climbers during this come and try.
