One hour paddle every Wednesday morning. We’ll meet at the boat shed at 6.30 and be on the water by 7. We’ll paddle at a moderate to fast pace (based on the ability of the group) and see where we get to in half an hour before turning around to paddle back. Pointers on technique can be given if wanted. Participants must be able to swim. It will be getting light on arrival but please bring a head torch in these darkest few weeks of the year.
