Grade 1-2 whitewater kayaking, description here:

Meet at the boat shed 8am - the section is shorter than the description (put in before Childowlah rapid and take out at Nanangroe Rd) so hopefully will be back around 5pm, but please bring a headtorch just in case. 

The trip is open to people who already have some whitewater kayaking experience and have ideally been on a previous trip - if you haven't been on a previous trip please send me an email detailing your experience. We have two experienced WW paddlers who have paddled this section of the river attending. 

At this point the river is medium flow - if it drops to low we'll postpone the trip. 

In addition to boat shed gear, please bring: 

• Warm clothes / thermals / wetsuit to paddle in
• Lunch and snacks 
• Water 
• Dry, warm clothes to change into
