Hi all, 

Join me for a Friday morning paddle lake paddle starting at 0700 at the boatshed. We'll aim to be done, and packed up around 0830, but can finish earlier or later depending on people's time requirements. Not Thursday this week because it's forecast to rain with a feels like temperature of -5C. We'll try to paddle hard to stay warm too, because the forecast is 2C - that does mean moving quickly so this session might not be the best for absolute beginners. 

As always, all equipment provided, but please wear something warm and not cotton. Swimming knowledge is essential.
