A rope skills session at the old wall for aspiring and experienced canyoners.

6-7pm I will teach abseiling and basic safety for canyoning trips. From 7pm will be independent practice. Experienced members are welcome to join anytime, but please bring your own gear + rope.

If you've been wanting to join a canyoning trip, but don't have any abseiling experience (or need to refresh your skills) this practice is highly recommended!
