Practice kayak skills in the dam, have a boulder, go for a bushwalk for a couple hours, learn some knots, play some music and maybe cook something delicious to share on a BBQ or open fire (if fire bans permit it). A pretty low key weekend of outdoorsy stuff with the potential to play some live music and/or lie in a hammock and have a swim if you feel like it.
